Order
MollyWear is currently set up for
ordering only via email at this time, but we are working to upgrade our services
to offer online, phone, and mail ordering in the very near future. Please check back
for any changes to this policy.
To place an order, fill out MollyWear’s
Order Form and select submit at the bottom of the form.
Please remember to include your promotional discount code, if applicable.
Within 2 business days of receipt of
your order, MollyWear will receive an email invoice of your order and a request
for payment. Your order will ship upon receipt of payment. Orders
that are not paid within 10 business days will be cancelled.
MollyWear accepts major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and
Discover), debit/check cards with Visa or MasterCard logo, money order, and
personal check. Credit card information is encrypted and protected by Secure
Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. Orders paid by check will not be
shipped until the check has cleared. Returned check fee is $35.00.

Shipping
& Handling Policy
MollyWear ships merchandise via
USPS Priority Mail or UPS 2nd/Next Day delivery to any one of the 48 contiguous United States.
Standard shipping rates are based on weight of shipment, as determined by USPS
and UPS. Please select preferred shipping method when ordering. USPS
Priority rates are below. MollyWear is pleased to offer UPS Next Day and
2nd Day delivery. MollyWear will include UPS shipping and handling charge
on the invoice. All shipments include insurance. Upon receipt of payment, in-stock items will be
shipped the following business day.

Orders that are requested for
shipment
to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or internationally may incur additional
shipping charges based on weight and size of the package. MollyWear will include
the shipping and handling charge on the invoice.
Special orders may require a 3-4 week
lead time for shipping. All special orders will require a
signature delivery. MollyWear will provide the estimated shipping date on the invoice.
You will receive an e-mail notifying
you of the shipment of your package and, for UPS shipments, the tracking number. Please use this
tracking number to find the status and estimated delivery time of your package
at www.usps.com or www.ups.com.

Sales Tax
Residents of Texas will be assessed all
applicable sales taxes on the order subtotal.

Rush
Orders
MollyWear will do its best to
accommodate rushed orders. Please notify on the order form if your order needs
to be rushed and we will attempt to accommodate you. Rush orders may incur
additional shipping charges.

Refund/Exchange
Policy
MollyWear is committed to the 100%
satisfaction of our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you
may return or exchange the item in its original packaging and unused condition
within 30 days of original receipt for a full refund (less shipping &
handling charges). Worn items or special orders are not returnable. Please
follow these steps to obtain a return authorization number:
- Fill out MollyWear’s Return/Exchange
Form.
- Once approved, you will receive a Return
Authorization number within 2 business days. Price difference for
exchanges will be invoiced via e-mail immediately. Print out the completed
Return/Exchange Form and enclose the form with the merchandise in its
original packaging. Please clearly mark the Return Authorization number on
the Return/Exchange form and on the outside of the package.
- Mail the package to MollyWear, Attn: Returns, 5319
Harbor Light Drive, Dickinson, Texas 77539. We suggest you send your
return or exchange via Federal Express, UPS, or US Mail with insurance and
delivery confirmation for tracking purposes. MollyWear is not responsible
for any returned packages lost in shipping. Return shipping is at the
purchaser’s expense.
Refunds will be promptly issued upon
receipt of the merchandise. If an error is made by MollyWear, we will gladly
refund your purchase as well as all shipping costs.

Order
Cancellations & Changes
If your order has not yet entered the
shipping process, you may contact MollyWear to cancel or revise your order.
Please call 281-851-6929 or email your order cancellation or change request,
along with your full name and order number, to orders@mollywear.net.
We apologize, but custom orders may not be canceled at any time. MollyWear is
not responsible for shipping costs incurred for orders that cannot be cancelled
before they are shipped.

Product
Availability
MollyWear will make every effort to
maintain inventory of its products to ensure prompt shipment upon receipt of
order payment. Should the item be temporarily out of stock, MollyWear will
inform you immediately and advise you of the expected delivery date.

Special
Orders
Special Orders consist of those items that
are not a standard stock item, such as gold pet charms and pet charms adorned
with birthstones. These items require a 3-4 week lead time as they are
produced only after receipt of payment. We urge you to read the description of
each item as Special Orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

Lost
Packages and Damaged Items
Please contact MollyWear if your
package does not arrive within the appropriate delivery time frame. You must
notify us within 30 days of the approximate delivery date to begin a Lost
Package Inquiry. MollyWear is not responsible for failed deliveries that are not
reported within this time frame.
You must notify MollyWear within 24
hours of receipt of damaged items. We will make arrangements for the shipper to
pick up the package from you and MollyWear will promptly exchange the item(s).
Please do not ship the item(s) back as a "return" without prior
authorization or we will not be able to process the exchange.

Sizing
All of our collars, harnesses and pet
apparel are sized in inches. However, since many manufacturers vary
somewhat in their sizing, please measure your pet carefully and order
accordingly for each product. We are unable to tell you your pet's size
based on its breed or weight, as all pets come in many different shapes and
sizes. We are available to help with sizing related questions and how to
properly measure your pet, so feel free and encouraged to call or email us.
